Talking about what will happen doesn’t mean after your death. It could also be while you are alive, sick, faced with challenges or, when making decisions. But we know that at the end of all we do something will happen.
The Next Question
WHEN DO WE THINK ABOUT WHAT WILL HAPPEN?
The Bible made us to understand that the end of a thing is better than its beginning. Which is why, we need to be careful and watchful in all decision we make.
According to the text in consideration, we can see that Job has built himself to the extent that when faced with challenges, he has peace of mind. He has built his character so well that, he knows that it can’t be because of his character that is why what he is facing is happening.
Yes, we are faced with temptations that tempts us to change our character. But, after it will you be happy you changed your character. Remember, Generations look up to you (both the ones you know and those you don’t)
The BIG Question
WHEN PROBLEMS ARISE WILL YOUR MIND BE AT PEACE?
CAN THE FEAR YOU HAVE FOR GOD MAKE YOU COMFORTABLE THAT HE WILL COME THROUGH FOR YOU?
Conclusion
Whatever we put our trust in will determine our confidence in days of adversity. In whom do you put your trust in? In God, or in human created by God or in material things. After putting our trust in God, would our character allow us to be at rest? Or we would be part of those who tell God “God, if you come through for me this time. I promise I won’t do this, I won’t do that again”. This is a call to check yourself.
